Triotherm+ Power Fix Hybrid Polymer Adhesive
Triotherm+ Power Fix Hybrid Polymer Adhesive is a high-performance adhesive and sealant used as a system component for fitting Triotherm+ pre-wall installation profiles. Its high initial adhesion and rapid curing provide a strong, reliable connection while the permanently elastic formulation accommodates movement and unevenness within the installation.
Supplied as a 600ml tubular bag, Power Fix is based on a one-component hybrid polymer and combines excellent adhesive performance with high-performance sealing. It is waterproof, weather and UV resistant and can usually be applied without primer to a wide range of construction substrates.
Designed for the Triotherm+ Pre-Wall Installation System
Power Fix forms part of the tested Triotherm+ pre-wall installation system and is used as both a sealant and adhesive when fitting Triotherm+ profiles. Its high initial adhesion makes it particularly suited to secure, time-efficient installation.

Compatible Substrates
Power Fix is suitable for numerous construction materials including steel, aluminium, brass, zinc, PVC, ABS, polycarbonate, glass, wood, HPL, concrete, cement-bonded fibreboard, sand-lime brick, vertically perforated brick and aerated concrete.
Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE or silicone substrates. Substrates should be stable, clean and free from grease, dust, loose material and release agents before application.

Application
The substrate must be firm, stable, clean and free from grease, dust and loose material. Power Fix will adhere to moist surfaces, although optimum adhesion is achieved on dry substrates. Curing takes place through reaction with atmospheric humidity from the outside inwards.
