Tissue Tape is a double sided tape which is formed by coating a non-woven tissue carrier with adhesive on both sides.

It is fast to apply and is used in the print finishing industry because of this fact.

Finger lift tissue tape has an oversized liner running down both sides of the tape, this further improves the speed of liner removal and is a firm favoiurite with envelope manufacturers

Finger Lift Tissue Tape Technical Data

A general purpose hot melt rubber/resin based permanent double sided tape. The DSTF tape is manufactured in a finger-lift format to enable easy liner removal.

• Liner: 65gsm siliconised release paper
• Carrier: 13gsm tissue
• Adhesive: synthetic rubber based with 35gsm on both open and closed sides
• Total thickness: 135 micron

• Peel adhesion to steel (24-hour dwell) protected 1300 N/M open 1300 N/M
• Shear adhesion to steel: protected 100 hours open 100 hours
• Service temperature range: 0°C to 70°C

Flush Edge Tissue Tape Technical Data

A double sided tissue tape with a high tack Solvent Acrylic adhesive. Hand tearable, good conformity, with a stable liner and excellent ultraviolet and plasticiser resistance. Ideal for bonding metal, nameplates, cloth and plastic surfaces.
