Aluminium Foil Tape (30 Micron)

30 Micron Aluminium Foil Tape is a high-performance, conformable foil tape manufactured from a 99% aluminium alloy and coated with a hi-tack permanent acrylic adhesive.

The 30 micron aluminium foil provides excellent resistance to moisture vapour transmission while offering the durability and conformability required for effective sealing around joints, seams and irregular surfaces.

The permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive provides high peel adhesion, including to difficult surfaces, together with very good resistance to humidity and water.

Suitable for a wide range of sealing, bonding and fixing applications, including use within heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

The tape has a normal upper service temperature of 150°C, can be applied at temperatures down to -5°C, and maintains adhesion at temperatures as low as -40°C. Surfaces should be clean and dry before application.
