Expanding Foam Tape 11-25mm will Weather Seal gaps from 11mm up to 25mm (600pa).

With a maximum expansion of 60mm Expanding Foam Tape 11-25mm can also be used to fill gaps upto 50mm (though if you allow it to expand past 25mm it will not create a weather seal)
