Should you need to return any item you have purchased from Affixit all you have to do is return the item in its original condition and packaging within 21 days of delivery and we will refund 100% of the price you paid for each item. There are Terms & Conditions but we think you’ll agree that they are very fair, they are as follows;

• * Customer to return goods at their own cost, the cost of return post will not be refunded by Affixit
• * Goods to arrive back in original, unopened condition
• * Cost of original posting will not be refunded
• * This guarantee excludes bespoke die cuts, bespoke foam pads and tapes that have been slit to order

We recommend that you use a postal service that ensures the items you are sending and can provide you with proof of delivery.
