Contract Formation

No contract shall subsist between you and affixit.co.uk for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until affixit.co.uk accepts your order by dispatching your goods and or an Invoice. Your order confirmation is for your convenience only and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time affixit.co.uk sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email).

Delivery

We will deliver your order before 3pm next day within 1 business day from receipt of the order if we receive your order before 3pm. If your order is received after 3pm we will endevour to dispatch same day, otherwise we deliver the order within 2 business days. If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within this time period we will contact you immediately to arrange a new delivery time with you. If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within our time period you may at your option cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund.
We also operate a same day delivery for any customers who wish to pay for this service Seperate terms will be provided on your order in this event.

Communication

We may contact you periodically to communicate promotions and special offers. As per the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations Act (PECR) 2003, on every communication a valid 'opt-out' option will be provided.
