Expanding Foam Tape 18-34mm will Weather Seal gaps from 18mm up to 34mm (600pa).

With a maximum expansion of 95mm Expanding Foam Tape 18-34mm can also be used to fill gaps upto 85mm (though if you allow it to expand past 34mm it will not create a weather seal)
